myfitnesspal doesn't seem to have updated the exercise from my fitbit since Saturday 14th December, does anyone know if there's a problem? I've got them syncing automatically.
Does anyone know how to raise a support call with fitbit?

Best AnswerTry disconnecting and reconnecting the accounts. Sometimes that works for me. I have not been on the forums since they changed the format but previously the Fitbit staff monitored and took care of issues pretty promptly.
