MyFitnessPal not syncing with Fitbit

Is anyone else having issues getting their MyfitnessPal app to sync with their Surge?  
When I follow the instructions, and select "Connect" from MyFitnessPal, it simply opens a browswer on my phone to fitbit.com.   There is no prompt to "allow".  Super frustrating! 

 

Any thoughts?

@MrBradleyMaxwel It's great to have you here! Please make sure that you're doing this procedure to connect both apps. Also, I highly recommend you to do the procedure from a computer.
