MyFitnessPal not syncing with Versa

Hello,

I'm trying to connect my Fitbit account to MyFitnessPal, however, I keep getting this error page. This is through my mobile Chrome browser. I tried using the Desktop site also and it still tells me this.

https://www.fitbit.com/oauth2/authorize?client_id&prompt=consent&redirect_uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.myfit...

"The app you're trying to connect did not provide valid information to Fitbit. Please report this issue to them.

Developer information: invalid_request - Missing parameters: client_id"

Any help with this would be appreciated!

There's currently some sort of sync issue which is also causing account linking problems. On the MyFitnessPal Announcements from our Tech Team page it says:
"Our apologies for the trouble with not seeing data from Fitbit sync to your MyFitnessPal account.Starting around 5am PST on Monday the 9th, members may have stopped seeing Fitbit data sync to their account. We addressed that original issue, and sync requests began processing again as of about 9:15am PST.
Unfortunately, we began to see the issue again this morning. During this time, your Fitbit data may be delayed or may not be syncing at all. In addition to the sync issues, users attempting to link or unlink their Fitbit and MyFitnessPal accounts may see an error message, and are currently unable to complete this process. For the time being, please do not attempt to disconnect or relink your Fitbit and MyFitnessPal accounts.
We are working hard on correcting these issues and will post any updates here"

Yes it sometimes, when I first experience such a thing, I just had to give it a lot of time by switching off my phone and try using the app in three to four hours of the day.

Thanks for sharing that! I was finally able to get it after persistence, or maybe they happened to fix it already.

Thanks! I was finally able to get it after some persistence, but another user said MyFitnessPal knows that it's glitching too.
