I recently started using MySwimPro with my Ionic. I love the swimming cues while in the water, BUT the completed workout (and lap time information) is NOT loading from the Ionic to the MySwimPro app on my iPhone. I’ve got all my SW up-to-date. I’m able to load MySwimPro workouts to the Ionic. Post workout I insure my Ionic is connected to the iPhone and the iPhone is on WiFi. And ...:nothing. Not a single lap time or stat gets recorded in the MySwimPro app. It states in the official Fitbit blog that using the MySwimPro app on the Ionic will allow it to “pull stats from your workout”. 2 days in a row my completed MySwimPro workout has failed to log any swim workout or lap stats in the MySwimPro iPhone app. Is this just really buggy? What could possible be going wrong here?

@Paula_H Welcome to the Community. Thank you for the details mentioned and for the settings checked in Fitbit and MySwimPro app.
I would like you to confirm that you've unlinked and relinked both accounts, you can find the instructions in this article: How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app? If after this, you're still having issues with your workouts, please contact MySwimPro app directly.
P.S. I've moved your post to this third-party board, because it's more related to the topic.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.

So I was able to find this out from the MySwimPro website. Basically all fitbits that are MySwimPro compatible can run/load individual workouts but none of them will link that information back to the MySwimPro phone app for calculating swimming splits and doing advanced analytics. So basically Elite level MySwimPro is pointless (as far as I can tell) with Fitbit products. See MySwimPro website for official breakdown: https://support.myswimpro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003791854-Compatible-Wearables
