I changed from I phone to Samsung uploaded all my apps all working apart from linking fitbit to myfitnesspal.
I have tried in vain everything from deleting accounts factory resets emailed myfitnesspal ect.
Lots of users having the same problem with the message
Unable to link to account as already linked by another user.
Any help appreciated I hate being beat but I feel it's time to give up and accept I can't fix this.
From the forums a few people have managed by deleting old myfitnesspal accounts I have done this but still getting the message.
Is it because I'm on the phone or tablet and need to use PC this is all I can think of?
It hasn't worked for months now and every now and then I'll have another attempt but no joy.

Hello @absofaberfan. first thing to note is this link is between MFP and Fitbit. Changing the phone or Fitbit tracker will not affect this.
Yes there have been a lot of people having MFP issues because MFP had a problem and they where unable to connect with Fitbit. They say the problem was solved on their end.
I would go to your connected apps revoke MFP then set it up again through MFP. These are the only two steps that a user can do to correct this.
I've moved this to the 3rd party apps
