Hi, I lost my fitbit which was syncing beautifully with map my walk. Have purchased a new fitbit and intergrated it with no issues onto Fitbit, it shows as syncing with map my walk but no data being imported. Have tried numerous things but to no avail. All advice accepted 😉

@Nathalieb A warm welcome to the Community! I appreciate the troubleshooting that you've done.
MapMyFitness account will be updated each time Fitbit syncs. Keep in mind that MapMyFitness information won't sync to Fitbit account. Please confirm if you tried to unlink and relink it

yes I've tried numerous times and have unlinked and relinked. It seems like map my walk won't accept the new fitbit.
