New Versa 2 won't connect with Strava

I bought a Versa 2 yesterday. First fitbit in a few years, returning from Garmin. I have a Samsung phone. The fitbit app set up and logged in and synced, strava app too. Logged in to both and both say they are connected to the other and yet this morning's run will not show up on Strava. It is showing on fitbit.

Can anyone help?
