Hi there @Debrarizk. Welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂

I'm sorry to hear that your info is not syncing over to MyFitnessPal. I don't think it's the new dashboard itself. Please be sure that you followed these steps and if you're still having problems with it, let me know!

Hi Ferdiand,

I wouldn't be so quick to dismiss it as not related to the new dashboard or at least a recent update. I have had more issues with the syncing of MFP and Fitbit app since that update. I to get the multiple summaries and as I mentioned in another thread, the apps will only pull information in one direction - calories or exercise but not both. I have been able to fix it but would be nice for Fitbit app team to figure out why. I have asked MFP to look on their end.

Thanks for getting back @NorthShorePaul! Thanks for the feedback! Woman LOL We know there are some things to fix between integrations with some apps and the Fitbit app. Now regarding this, may I know what did MFP reply about this issue?

I'll be around!

Hi Heydy,

For the most part I received a similar answers to the ones that circle here - basically a delay in the two systems (Fitbit and MFP) talking to each other. They did "push" something on their end which helped for a few days but eventually things stalled out again.

Something i discovered by accident - I used to have MFP only log exercise from Fitbit and did not let it use Fitbit for steps. When I turned on step tracking using Fitbit (under exercise tab in MFP) and then forced a sync, it worked. For days when I don't get exercise crossing over, I turn off step tracking in MFP and then turn it back on, force a sync and 9 times out of 10 the exercise and steps are pulled.
