I replaced my Fitbit Zip a few months ago and it will not sync up with my Walgreens account. I don't go in my Walgreens account often, but notice that I have not been getting fitbit points for a long time. My Walgreens account shows that I have one device connected but that it is disconnected, whatever that means. I have tried to remove the device and reconnect it and that does not work. Walgreens said to delete my cache and that did not work. I have tried numerous times to reconnect my zip and it lets me sign into my fitbit account and select what I want Walgreens to have access to but then when I click reconnect it says "connection error." Walgreens is no help. I do not believe I have gotten any points from my Zip on Walgreens since I got a new one, but my fitbit account clearly shows that Walgreens is connected. All my points said they are coming from AARP. Does anyone know what could be the problem? Thanks.

I believe my problem started when I got a new Fitbit Zip a few months ago because I was at one point getting fitbit points at Walgreens no problem. I rarely check my Walgreens account but did so yesterday only to see that my Walgreens Balance Reward account does not show any fitbit entries for the last few months, all it shows is AARP points. It says my fitbit is not connected, so I clicked on reconnect and it then went to my fitbit account and allowed me to sign in. But when I checked connect, I got the error "Connection Error." I called Walgreens and they said to clear my cookie cache and try again, usually their answer for everything. That did not work. If I try to add a new device, it will not let me do that. Yet, Walgreens awarded me the "techie" badge today for having 4 devices connected! According to the screen I only have one device and it is disconnected? I think the Walgreens app is reading my old fitbit zip which is no longer connected but it will not let me delete that device and add a new one. Nobody at Walgreens can solve the problem, they said it's a fitbit problem. When I check my fitbit account, it clearly says that my Walgreens account is connected. Does anybody here know what the problem is?

I just checked my Fitbit account is still sinking. Try going to https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/apps
Revoke Walgreens then set it up again.

how do you set it up again? i can't figure it out
edit: it finally worked via the Walgreen's site. it never used to be this difficult
