Just a quick question if I use my map my walk app and my Fitbit does it count it twice or just once?

Your fitbit will track as normal but when you sync to MapMyWalk it will overwrite the tracking for that time period. If you then chose to delete that activity from MapMyWalk it will go back to the tracking made by the fitbit.
