What?? I used to have a very cheap health fitness tracker and it always showed me WhatsApp notifications, or Skype or anything else... now I decided to buy a better product like Fitbit Alta... and just after I purchased I find out that it doesn't have WhatsApp notification! What?! I mean even the cheap devices have it. how can it be that a good brand and product like Fitbit doesn't have this feature?! I'm very disappointed of my purchase... I hope you will release very soon an update for the Fitbit app that allows notifications WhatsApp on Alta.

Hi there @Davis26, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community. Whatsapp notifications are available for the Alta tracker, however this option is only for compatible Android devices. To learn how to enable this option from your mobile app for Android, please check the following post.

 

If you are using an iOS, only the Fitbit Blaze is capable to received Whatsapp notifications. If this is something in which you're interested, please visit this feature suggestion and contribute with your vote and comments. This is a great way to let our developers know what you'd like to see in the future!

No luck yet on the alta and whatsapp on a Sony. Which I knew about this BEFORE I spent an arm and a leg on o toy 😕
