No longer syncing with Nutracheck Calorie Counter app

I noticed a slight issue yesterday where my Fitbit app and Nutracheck Calorie Counter app weren’t syncing but it seemed to be fixed after a few tries.

I’m now trying to sync again and it’s no longer working. Although my Fitbit app interface is being slow to load, my Fitbit is still syncing with my Sense so it seems to be a third party app integration issue.

From looking at the forum, it seems to be a broad issue that Fitbit need to fix.

I’ve got exactly the same problem! I’ve reset, unlinked etc several times but it’s still not syncing. Really annoying to have to manually add the steps!

Mine has totally gone off today and deleted all past exercise too! Tried linking unlinking really frustrating, nothing I have done has helped!

I contacted Nutracheck and they walked me through it and mine is now working again! They were great over email!

Mine is linked and working perfectly. 

It took me days of back and forth with nutracheck to sort mine, maybe ask for someone different to help!
