The NOOM app says I am connected to my Fitbit but won’t show step count. What’s the problem?

Hi @mauibabe211. I found this when I googled “Noom app, Fitbit”:

Yes Noom syncs with Fitbits and other brands of fitness trackers. ... Sometimes it take a few minutes to sync, or if your current Fitbit steps aren't showing up in your noom app, make sure you sync your Fitbit with the Fitbit app first, then re-open or refresh your Noom app.

If you continue to have problems, it would be best to contact Noom Support.

My Fitbit disconnected two days ago. When I tried to reconnect there was an option with check boxes of what info from Fitbit you wanted to share with Noom, however, unless you check “allow all” your Fitbit won’t connect. Technical support confirmed this. As a paying member, one should be allowed to choose what info to share. It must be used in marketing somehow. It’s a privacy issue for me. I cancelled Noom.
