I cannot say for sure but it is likely a matter of “catch up.” You can try this:
Make sure that your phone’s iOS and the Fitbit app are both up to date.
Power the phone off.
Turn the Fitbit app off completely.
Turn them both back on and sync your Fitbit device.
Look again for Noom.
If it is still not showing up, then you will have to wait for the folks at Noom to fine tune their programming so their app can work with the Fitbit app.
