Prior to yesterday (4 April, 2024) my Fitbit app on iOS and the Fitbit Charge 5 would sync with my Noom account. The Noom app no longer syncs with Fitbit data (I primarily want Noom to record Fitbit steps). Under Noom settings Fitbit still shows up as a compatible app/device but Noom no longer shows as a compatible app on the Fitbit app. Both the Noom app Fitbit apps are the latest builds and my iOS is up to date. I've tried reinstalling apps, powering off and on the iPhone, and attempting to sync on multiple occasions without success. Anyone have any tips? BTW, neither Fitbit or Noom techs seem to be able to answer the problem.
