Has anyone else had issues with the fitbit app connecting and syncing with the walgreen's app?
When I had a charge 2 I had some trouble, but I simply reconnected the app and all was well.
It's a weird situation because if I go to Balance Rewards > Point Activity, the last activity information is from a month ago. But, if I go into Balance Rewards > View Challenges > See Activity History, My current step total and my hours slept are listed.
Maybe this is an issue with the walgreen's app, but I'm not sure. And maybe others here have had the problem and have fixed it.

I spoke to Walgreens customer support who told me there is a known issue that will be fixed 'at the end of the month' You can then contact support when the issue is fixed to manually insert your 'missed activity' for points.

This is exactly my situation too! My last points were from ~1 month ago, and I tried disconnecting and reconnecting to no avail. Hopefully the issue is fixed soon.

Seems to still be an issue. Fitbit app and Walgreens refuse to sync despite giving access to both

Same here. It stopped in Sept and I've unlinked, linked it a few times. Points show for me trying a challenge. However, nothing is importing from my Fitbit. I don't think it's been corrected.
