versa 2 and withing sync

having trouble syncing my versa 2 to withings .

i used .fitbit.com/weight/withings

says its linked and the next morning on the site it says there was a problem

anybody else having a problem

I would like you to confirm you've tried this procedure to link Fitbit and Withings. If you have tried this but it's still not working, please provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing.

Says its linked at first but the next time I weigh myself I get the error that you see..
0n Withings site shows me as connected.
Ii even tried disconnecting from Withings side and use the link again to link
but no good.
