Got anew Alta hr and can’t connect to dicks sporting goods move app says it’s connected to another scorecard Acct and I bought it brand new

This seems to be an issue with your Scorecard at Dick's.  Why not call the ScoreCard Hotline at 1-800-440-4002.

 

Let us know what happens.

 

I have a scorecard, but they had my email address all wrong. Just did an online chat to get that fixed. Check your account and see what email address they have listed for you.

I have same issue. My email is a correct. I only have one scorecard account. The Dicks customer service reps are worthless
