Not connecting with vitality

I have a charge 4, and a Fitbit account since 2016. I have had vitality in the past and my Fitbit connected then but 5 years later and I cannot link my Fitbit account with vitality. I moved my account to a google account thinking this would help it hasn’t, it looks like on Fitbit it is linked but it’s denied on vitality. So I take this off and try again to get an error every single time. Please can someone help!
