Hello there @Jtjonathant, welcome to the Fitbit Community.
I'm truly happy to see you are taking the most out of your Fitbit device by using additional apps to get an accurate track of your calories.
Unfortunately, when it comes to third-party apps, it is a bit hard to determine which could be the problem. Based on previous experiences with other similar apps, I can tell you that sometimes it takes a while for the app to properly transfer data between apps.
If you see that no data is transferred within a couple of days, my best recommendation would be to contact the app developer and ask what the problem could be.

I think you are missing something @EstuardoFitbit : Isn't it true that Health Connect does not send nutrition data it received from other sources to Fitbit?
If the OP has her Fitbit connected to Health Connect, and then her third party "net diary" connect to Health Connect, and calories she enters into here "Net Diary" app will sync to Health Connect, but then it will not sync over the the FitBit app.
These seemingly broken behavior is how it work for two other diary apps MFP and MacroFactor. Both sync the data to Health Connect but the Fitbit app will not read it into their app.
