My Fitbit one will not sync and appear in myfitnesspal. I have it checked under the steps tab. What could be the problem?

@Deatrir Hey there! It seems that you have both accounts linked but Fitbit One isn't set up in your account so that's why you're not seeing any information transferred to MFP. Please confirm if you did the set up procedure. Once your tracker is set up, you'll see it by clicking on "settings" there you'll see the tracker picture and when was the last synced.

My fitbit calories burned haven't updated in MFP for quite a number of hours now, and my food entries from MFP haven't appeared on Fitbit since about lunch time Thursday - I did notice that the FitBit app updated on my phone Thursday morning, but that doesn't explain why the website it's not pushing through when I look at the websites...

I've had them connected to each other since about March 2014, with zero problems until the last 24 hours? Has something been updated?

I have been having synching problems for the past few hours, too. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting (because that often fixes the problem), but it didn't work this time. Not sure what's up.

I am also not successful with myfitnesspal uploading my food tracking into the fitbit app today.  Thought it was just me, but glad (not really) it is not just me...Hope things are working again soon!

I am having a similar problem with the Lose It app.  It hasn't been syncing either way even though I have forced sync and lose it says it has synced but there is no data transferring.

Myfitnesspal and Fitbit have also stopped syncing together for me as well - started happening earlier this afternoon. Normally a disconnect followed by a reconnect does the trick, but that isn't working this time.

same issue here, very frustrating. A de-link and re-add does not fix it.

I've also been having an issue since Tues 12/10, with fitbit not synching my calorie adjustment properly or at all, with MFP, unless I disconnect and reconnect. I am using Fitbit and MFP on the PC most of the time, but also use the apps once in awhile - both places have the same issue.I do get my food pushed over from  MFP to Fitbit, so there is no problem going that direction. It is Fitbit ---> MFP that is the issue.

Once I disconnect/reconnect, it will force the sync, but then not sync again at all for the rest of the day, into the next day, until I do the same thing all over again.

There is a thread over on MFP with a ton of people also having the same exact issue.

My fitbit has been working totally fine for month, I've done nothing differently, installed no updates on my phone or PC, it just suddenly stopped working on 12/10. Prior to that, it was synching as it should.

If I look at my MFP excerise diary for 12/10 for example, the last time I got a calorie adjustment from Fitbit (I have negative adjustments enabled), was at 5:30pm, which was when I had disconnected/reconnected the apps. I didn't get another sync after that, which means my calorie goal for that day, and every day since has been incorrect.

Is anybody looking into this issue?????
