Not recording steps on Weightwatchers app

Even though the word Fitbit is showing on my android weightwatchers app and desktop login, so they have obviously connected,  and I've pressed sync on everything it is not recording my steps on weightwatchers. Anyone else had this problem? 

Any help gratefully received

Hello @hellenjc, welcome to the Fitbit Community! When you have connected WW with Fitbit you will earn point based based on the following criteria:

 

Fitbit > Steps > Weight Watchers
Fitbit > Distance > Weight Watchers
Fitbit > Calories > Weight Watchers

 

if you are not able too see you earned points based on on this I recommend to review if your tracker is syncing and your information is correct on your Fitbit account. Also make sure your accounts are properly connected, for this take a look at this post.

Thanks Roberto .. as it turns out this morning when I switched on my phone it had tracked from yesterday !   So all is good again..
