Not sharing data with insurance and other apps

This weekend Fitbit stopped syncing totally for several hours. Now it is syncing with my phone but not with my insurance or MyFitnessPal.  I have rebooted, reinstalled and logged in again on the apps. Still not sending step data. I need the insurance so should I dump Fitbit and try a different a different company? I need something reliable.

Have you tried revoking access and reconnecting the app?

If this doesn't work you will have to reach out to your insurance help desk and MFP. They are the parties responsible for the Fitbit link.

Thank you. I did as you wrote and got the access back on all the fitness sites except the insurance.  I am working with their tech support now.  He says it might take 24 hours for the insurance site to reconnect with Fitbit. Thank you again for your reply.
