Fitbit and Mindbody app won't sync?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have been trying to connect my fitbit app with the mindbody app but it simply wouldn't sync. I am not getting any data on the mindbody app, it does not show the number of calories nor the number of steps. When I click on a class I've attended and scroll down to my activity, it says "fitbit not connected" and prompts me to open the fitbit app but nothing happened after opening the app. It also says "last sync: 2018 years ago". I have tried to delete both the mindbody and fitbit app, restarted my phone, redownloaded the apps but nothing has helped.

Welcome to the Community @jennlee9. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.

I would like you to make sure you followed this procedure to link Fitbit and MindBody:

  1. Log in to your account on the app or website of a company that offers Fitbit integration
  2. Find the section for connecting another account. This section is often called "Apps" or "Connect."
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions and log in to your Fitbit account when prompted.

Your total active minutes, calories burned and average heart rate are summarized on y our history page. You can learn more about it by checking this page

Let me know how it goes.

I have followed the instructions as given but it is still not showing anything. I have attached some screenshots to show my issue.

Thanks for getting back @jennlee9. Sorry for the delayed reply.

I appreciate the screenshots shared. In this case, I would like you to contact MindBody directly for further assistance because it seems that your apps are linked.

I'll be around if you need further assistance.
