My charge hr 2 is not communicating to my wellness app "viverae" I have called them and fit bit..... Still no progress

Hello @BillyBUrke, good to see you here in the Fitbit Community. In this case many of the third party apps are not under our control since are developed using our open API.
I saw this app is not listed on our site of supported apps. So in this case I recommend to revoke the access of this app from your applications settings and relink both of your accounts once more.
