Something odd going on my weight Watchers's account picking up all activity from my Alta but when I try to access weight watchers app it's saying device not compatible???

Hello @alic999, thank you for joining us in the Fitbit Community. Certainly this is odd, although I've seen other Alta users with similar inconveniences. Nonetheless your case is a bit different since is picking your activity.
So I recommend to restart your mobile device and try to set the integration of Weight Watchers again. For this, the following post might give you additional help.
