Something odd going on my weight Watchers's account picking up all activity from my Alta but when I try to access weight watchers app it's saying device not compatible???

Hello @alic999, thank you for joining us in the Fitbit Community. Certainly this is odd, although I've seen other Alta users with similar inconveniences. Nonetheless your case is a bit different since is picking your activity.

 

So I recommend to restart your mobile device and try to set the integration of Weight Watchers again. For this, the following post might give you additional help.

 

If this is not working I recommend to contact Weight Watchers for additional details: 

  1. US or Canada: 1-800-651-6000 or http://www.weightwatchers.com/help/contactus.aspx.
  2. UK: 0345 3451500 or at uk.help@weightwatchers.co.uk.
