Hi I have got issues with AIA Vitality app not synching with my Fitbit account.,
I have tried to revoke access in fitbit desktop and that has worked but when I use the AIA app on my android it shows that the fitbit is still connected and I have attempted to delink several times, including on the aia website.
It seems to be an issue in other apps
I have uninstalled the fitbit and vitality apps from my phone, rebooted, rebooted again, reinstalled both apps and get no change.
Frustrated
Anyone have an idea. I am 7 days not synched

I appreciate your efforts to resolve the issue and sharing the additional details. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention, we're constantly working on improving our devices and user experiences. You mentioned that you couldn't unlink the Fitbit from inside the AIA Vitality app, have you tried to contact AIA Vitality support to check if the issue is on their end?
