Fitbit and MyFitnessPal not syncing

 @SilviaFitbit             As per your request, I am creating a new thread.  There is no automatic syncing for Fitbit designed "activities" and MyFitnessPal (MFP).  The original activity appears in the fit bit app but does not show as a separate activity in MFP.  Step counts are there where they usually belong but never any activity underneath unless I manually put it in.   I have followed Fitbit guidelines regarding syncing, revoking access on both sides, soft reset, hard reset (which is a pain!), deleting and reinstalling both apps and then reconnecting.  Only steps continue to appear.  I have been a Fitbit user since the beginning and I have a iPhone X ( apple use for quite some time as well) and am extremely familiar with trouble shooting instructions.   Also use windows based computer.  All software/firmware is up-to-date.    looking forward to hearing from you

Thank you so much for the troubleshooting tried and the time you took to share detailed information about what you're experiencing. 

 

Our Fitbit team was aware of this issue happening but it's resolved now. I highly recommend to confirm that you've done the procedure mentioned in this article from MyFitnessPal: What if data doesn't appear to be syncing from Fitbit to MyFitnessPal?
