I can't get my Fitbit info to show up in MyFitness Pal -- but My Fitness Pal info is showing up/syncing with Fitbit. THis has been a problem since I started using a new Alta in January. I've logged in and out, connected and reconnected the apps etc. Anyone else have this problem?

Hello @DawnStoltzfus, thanks for joining us, it's great having you on board.
If the information between the Fitbit and MyFitnessPal apps don't seem to sync completely or if it's only one-sided, I would like to suggest restarting the link between both apps in order for them to work correctly again.
I hope this can be helpful, give it atry and keep me posted in case you need anything else! ![]()

Best AnswerI have noticed the same problem for the past ~ 2-3 weeks. Nothing I have tried works. I have tried disconnecting the Fitbit app from MFP but it will not respond. The connection seems to persist yet no data is exchanged.
Any assistiance would be appreciated. Thanks.
Also having the same problem. Wasn't an issue in the past. Not sure what's changed but would like the steps and exercise to go to Fitnesspal. I've also tried disconnecting an re-connecting. I'm using the Blaze and Aria. Information from both devices aren't syncing with Fitnesspal.
I have had the same issue for a week. I have tried the solution they suggested by unlinking my account/revoking access for both My Fitness Pal and Fitbit. It successfully synced right after I did that last night, and now it won't sync again today. It's extremely frustrating!
Best AnswerI agree. It is indeed frustrating and counter-productive. It is still not syncing at all despite all efforts.
Based on the timing and ubiquitous nature of the issue, I suspect that it is a software-related problem from either fitbit or MFP. There was probably an automatic software update which inadvertently introduced a bug which adversely affects syncing.
Could someone from fitbit look into this possibility and respond?
Thanks.
Just noticed that the Fitbit is communicating with FitnessPal again! Not sure what changed as I did nothing different but glad it's been corrected.
