Not syncing with MyFitnessPal

My Fitbit app (Android) won't sync with MyFitnessPal despite both apps saying they are linked to the other,

 

I have disconnected and reconnected them but still the issue persists.

 

Anybody know how to fix this please?

@gemnrg It's great to see you on the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. 

 

I would like you to confirm you've tried to disconnect both account by doing this procedure: 

 

  1. From the fitbit.com dashboard, click the gear icon 
     
     > Settings > Applications.
  2. Click Revoke Access to disconnect an app from your Fitbit account.

If you have tried it but your account are still not syncing. I would like you to contact MyFitnessPal for further instructions.
