Hi I’m sorry I know it says no tech questions but I can’t find where I’m supposed to post to ask tech questions.

Fitbit won’t sync to my phone, won’t stay synced and it’s just a mess. I’ve done all the troubleshooting and even got a new Fitbit bc mine was 3 years old. Still not working. What do I do? Please help
