I had the same problem for months and gave up and just track food separately in Nutritionix. I came back to try again recently and now it is not syncing at all 😞 

Nutritionix does food tracking well. It would be a good app for Fitbit to consider working with to add to the officially supported list.

Regarding your post, as you saw earlier, the Nutritionix app is not among the officially supported apps. If this is something you need, I recommend that you create a post in the Product Feedback board on our community. 

 

By doing this, you can help us understand the main functions that our users want to see included in future versions of the app or devices.
