Anyone know if they are intending on putting out an app for the Windows Phone? There are only apps from people who are fans of the company and you cant really do anything with them but look at your stats.

@rebecca98006 No announcements have been made regarding the Windows Phone app, but many users have expressed similar interest. You can contribute your vote, as well as any additional suggestions, through our Feature Request board. Check here for the Windows Phone request submission.

Yes, two have done it (not announced but actually, developed it). Addidas supports WP with their miCoach app and their hrm belt sync over Bluetooth LE.
Yes, Sports-Trackers.com supports WP with their app and their HRM belt also sync over Bluetooth LE....If fitbit is not bother developing an app for a small market share... Can they make their Sync API public and accessible to developers... Indeed, there is an excellent free app called Fitbit Tracker which only lack the sync with the device.... They just need to give the Sync code to this developer and then they can forget about WP since he would have done the job for them...

Well, allow me to frame this differently...  If fitbit is listening to their customers, here are the top 10 most requested features:

Idle Alert: 323 votes: Under Review
Official Windows Phone App: 223 votes: New Idea
Alarms that wake you more naturally: 211 votes: Under Review
Allow time display to stay on: 202 votes: Under Review
Barcode Scanner: 192 votes: New Idea
Heart Rate Monitoring: 183 votes: Under Review
More badges: 170 votes: Under Review
Track time seated?: 117 votes: Under Review
Waterproof: 108 votes: New Idea

Alarm Shutoff: 87 votes: New Idea

The only feature that is requested more than the Official Windows Phone app is "Idle Alert" and it's the only one among the top 4 that has not been even changed to "Under Review".  So dare I ask...  Just how many votes does this feature need to get the fitbit folks look at it?  Just give us a number.

Update on my previous post:

Fitbit now connect with Windows Phone 8.1... See my other post Fitbit One connectED with Windows Phone 8.1 !

no more excuses that WP doesn't support BLE 4.0... with Wp 8.1 being rolled out, fitbit is detected and successfully paired with my phone !

Where is the official app (rumored nearly 2 years ago!!!)

At least, we are now "under Review"

Thank you...
