I’ve connected Fitbit app to OneTouch Reveal website.
OneTouch Reveal shows as “connected” in the Fitbit app.
But after 3 days no Glucose readings have sync’ed to the Fitbit app.
I have sent new readings from meter to OneTouch website & app to see if it triggers a push, still no sync to Fitbit.
I have tried disconnect and reconnect, still no readings.
I have tried both my iPad and iPhone, still no readings.
Before you have to ask.... yes there are current readings in the OneTouch Reveal website & app. 8-)
I do however notice that OneTouch Reveal website does not show Fitbit as an “authorized connection”, I thought it might have shown up there.
Thanks for any help
Barry

Received a new version of the IOS app today. 3.40 (1042)
It does behave slightly differently.
After a disconnect and reconnect to OneTouch Reveal, it pops a OneTouch Reveal Auth screen asking me to approve sharing the data with Fitbit.
I approved.
Still, Fitbit does not show as an Approved Connecting within the OneTouch Reviel App as I would expect.
And still no Glucose results in FitBit app.
Oh well.... I guess "they" are aware and working on the issue.
Finger still crossed

I’m having the same issue. At first sync it works, but doesn’t add new readings. Fitbit will not disconnect from the OneTouch App so I can try to reset the connection.

Fitbit stopped syncing data from my OneTouch app after 3/25/21. Also Fitbit is not syncing steps with MyFitnessPal. I am guessing that the new IOS Fitbit app is the problem.

Steps, zone minutes, and now this. There are serious glitches with the App.

I just turned on BG monitoring in the FitBit app. I wish I had some idea if the One Touch interface is working for a majority of FitBit users. It doesn't look like there's enough evidence that it does to make me change meters. I can't even find any mention of it on the One Touch site, or in their app's published documentation. So I am guessing "too soon".
I guess I will continue with manual entry for a couple of months and let this shake out?

I am having this problem for the last week . It won't even let me disconnect the Onetouch app so no clue how to even try to fix the problem.

I can’t get it to disconnect either. This is frustrating.

Today April 7th I received an email from Fitbit talking about their ability to log glucose readings from the OneTouch app. I had been doing this from January 2021 but the readings had stopped syncing from 3.25/21. You also disconnect the meter. Well they fixed it!!!
I clicked on the link in the email. It opened my Fitbit app and all of my blood glucose readings from my OneTouch app are now showing up.
Thank you for fixing the problem. Now don’t break it again.

I clicked the link in the email and mine still isn’t working. We’re you able to delete and reconnect the meter? I’ve tried syncing both the meter and the app and nothing has changed.

All I did was click the link in the email from Fitbit. It then asked me if I wanted to open my Fitbit app. I said yes and it opened the Fitbit app. I now have glucose blood sugar readings from November 2020 through today. I do have the Premium version of Fitbit since it is included with my AARP UHC Renew Active group. I did not try to disconnect and reconnect my OneTouch Verio Flex meter.
Both Fitbit and OneTouch did not release a new version of their apps so my guess is that Fitbit made a change to their database or their login procedure.
I noticed that Fitbit is still not listed on the OneTouch app under connections. The only connection shown on the OneTouch app is Apple Health. But all of my OneTouch readings are not included in the Fitbit app. It will be interesting to see if it continues to work.
My previous post should say all of my OneTouch readings are included in the Fitbit app. For some reason my IPhone added the word not.

I have Premium too. This is frustrating. The information still is not there, I cannot disconnect the meter, and the App won’t refresh the readings. Thank you for responding.

Did you have to refresh something or just clicked the link? Mine is saying it’s connected but it won’t update.

Clicking the link didn't help me. It *was* working and then suddenly not only did it stop but the old data disappeared. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Disconnecting won't work, it just says network error 😕

Hi dweber3,
I’m now having the same issue. My glucose results from one touch app was smoothly going across until 1/28/23, where the glucose results stopped syncing. I’ve called Fitbit several times, but I have not gotten any help. They haven’t called me back. They were going to report the issue to the API team and make sure the glucose integration channels were open, but no word. Poor customer service for paying premium for Fitbit. Do you know who I can contact to get the email you mentioned?
