OneTouch Reveal no Sync

I’ve connected Fitbit app to OneTouch Reveal website. 
OneTouch Reveal shows as “connected” in the Fitbit app. 
But after 3 days no Glucose readings have sync’ed to the Fitbit app.
I have sent new readings from meter to OneTouch website & app to see if it triggers a push, still no sync to Fitbit. 

I have tried disconnect and reconnect, still no readings. 
I have tried both my iPad and iPhone, still no readings. 
Before you have to ask.... yes there are current readings in the OneTouch Reveal website & app. 8-)

I do however notice that OneTouch Reveal website does not show Fitbit as an “authorized connection”, I thought it might have shown up there.

My glucose readings have been syncing with the Fitbit app.  Did you update your Fitbit app to use the new Google login?

Are both your meter and fitbit set to use the same units mmol/L or mg/dL? Just wondering if that could be the issue.

It's not a measurement issue.

I figured not, but I know google fit uses mmol, and my fitbit is set to mg, and it doesn't update google fit because it doesn't automatically convert it. But yeah, it generally seems it's software and hardware issues when it comes to fitbit.

@Dweber3 Are you suggesting the solution is to migrate to the Google login?  I have not done that yet and did not get that notice until well after the connection stopped working on February 7, 2023 (for me).  I have been on the phone and emails with Fitbit support since mid-March, updated, uninstalled, and reinstalled both apps (Fitbit and OneTouch) multiple times, and this is the first I am hearing of this as a possible solution.  I am still on the classic user account (not Google login yet), but haven't so far because my Google account primary ID is all messed up.  Thanks for any insight you can share.

I got a notice from Fitbit that I needed to change my login to my Google account to continue to get data. So I changed my login to my Google account. I am still receiving data from the OneTouch app.

It actually seemed to start messing up after I connected with my Google Login

Definitely software. Unfortunately, it is not just Fitbit but Fit as
well. It isn't syncing glucose readings either.

Some meters record using one measurement unit, and some use another. I read if your meter records in one type of measurement it can't record in the other, and if the type of unit used is different it won't update. And that is the mml/L vs mg/dL

OK, so I cleaned up my Google Account problem and attached to that.  No luck -- still no update of data, unable to disconnect the connection, etc.  Any other suggestions?

Thanks for the suggestion, but the data was loading for 3 years successfully, then all of a sudden stopped.  The units have not changed so I don't think that is the issue here.  I think something has broken in the code that the Fitbit app uses to establish and disconnect the connection to the OneTouch Reveal data, and probably that the OneTouch connector code in the Fitbit app itself has a problem.  So far, no one can tell me who is responsible for the Fitbit app (which allows you to add the OneTouch connector), nor who is responsible for the OneTouch connector code inside of the Fitbit app, to be able to get a developer to investigate this problem.

After many, many attempts to get them to sync which includes create accounts with different email addresses, and digging through the settings, I see that under what is "Shared" between Fitbit, Google Fit, and Health Connect, glucose readings is NOT one of the information items being written or read.

They broke it and have NOT said word about it, or answered any of us.  Really pissed now.

Btw, it isn't syncing for Contour Next, or Accu-Chek either, even though all three should be as they are selections for connectioning and sharing.  MySugr can read Google Fit data but, Google Fit will not sync glucose readings nor will Fitbit.

@Aljamaki - just a note that you need to be certain where you look on the connected data elements shared.  If you look at the Fitbit account for connected applications, this only shows what data is sent from Fitbit out to those applications (e.g. Fitbit to OneTouch sends activity information and does not send glucose because OneTouch is the source, not Fitbit).  In the glucose section, the connected app is what is supposed to collect glucose info from OneTouch and import into Fitbit, which it used to.  No doubt that something was broken though, and it is in the link from OneTouch to Fitbit contained in the OneTouch connection embedded into the Fitbit App itself.  I have not seen any place on the Fitbit website dashboard that recognizes this connection (inbound to Fitbit), only the outbound from Fitbit.

I've more than done that. Neither Google Fit or Fitbit is SYNCING glucose
data from ANY glucose app or device, even with Health Connect which is
SUPPOSED to connect all of them. It does indeed connect them but, glucose
readings is not one of the items being synchronized.
