Hello @linglong! Welcome to the Forums.

It's very odd that the weight is not translating correctly. It could be that the information was not loaded correctly from the server. My suggestion in this case would be to log out of your Fitbit account and then log back in. Regularly this helps so that information is properly loaded.

Please keep me updated on how it goes.

Hey @linglong! Thanks for letting me know that logging out didn't work.

Let's try to revoke the access to Yunmai and then reconnect them again. To do so, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Fitbit.com Dashboard.
2. Go to the 'Application' settings
3. Click the Revoke Access button for Yunmai.
4. Reconnect both apps like you did at the beginning.

Please let me know how it goes!

Hello @linglong!

In this case, I'd say that it's best to get in touch with Yunmai directly.

Please do let me know how it goes.

Hello @linglong

Same problem here,

Yunmai probably send in pounds and Fitbit thinks it's kilograms.

It is completely no preference what I set in the Yunmai app, since it is also displayed correctly in the Yunmai app.

Is there already a solution to this problem?

Thanks for stepping into the Community @Suleimann!

In this case the best way to proceed would be to get in touch with Yunmai directly and have them take a look at what's happening.

If you do, please be sure to keep us updated on how it goes!

I just got my charge 2, and tried syncing with yunmai app (android), and I had the same issue. Yunmai sends the weight in lbs while Fitbit interprets it as kg. Can't this be fixed by Fitbit developers? Why blame it on Yunmai @LanuzaFitbit?

Hello there @kiwi113! Welcome to the Community.

I'm sorry if it seemed like I was avoiding the question or the situation. Since these connections are regularly developed by the third parties (Yunmai in this case) using the API provided by Fitbit, it would be best to get in touch directly with them.

I hope this clarifies the situation. Let me know how it goes!
