I’m a premium subscriber. After the holidays I found that my favourite workouts in Aaptiv appear in my list still but are no longer working - and that Fitbit has removed other partners as well.
Where are the notifications about this from Fitbit? I can’t find any info about this anywhere. If I’m subscribing to the Fitbit premium service, what is replacing these programs - what am I paying for now? Is it still there but I need to do something or have these partners been removed entirely. Unacceptable to have no official announcement about a major component of a paid service. Please provide an update ASAP about this partner change and what it means for Fitbit Premium subscribers please.
