I have used MFP to track my food for 2 years, but as of yesterday my calories do not show up in fitbit. I have followed suggestions and disconnected the apps from each other and reconnected and didn't work. I tried resetting my tracker, and restarting my phone, didn't work. I manually added my calories to fitbit, but how can I get them comminicating again?

It's great to see you around @Spectrobelle. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. I recommend checking this post where I am providing some instructions to fix this type of issue.

Let me know how it goes. Woman Happy

This fix still isn't working for me. I've tried this sequence three times now. Still having weird behavior where it works for maybe an hour, then suddenly resets everything to zero.

Wanted to pass on that I got it working by completely uninstalling the MFP app and reinstalling it. Everything is syncing again. Hope that helps.

Can you report back later here in this thread to let me know if it is still working? I've managed to get mine working for an hour but then the data just vanishes. It's done this since last Friday, despite numerous uninstall-reinstall attempts. Thank you!

Will do. Just for clarification, the revoking access route did not work for me. I wiped the app off my phone completely

Annnd.....it's not working again. It picked up the calories from one meal
entered in MFP and has now reverted to not seeing it again. So frustrating

This is exactly the same behavior I am seeing. I uninstall-disconnect everything, reinstall and reconnect, and it doesn't work for a while. Suddenly, it starts working for an hour. I go back to make another change on MFP, like add in food, and poof, all my steps are gone and nothing is syncing again.

Ok, so last night I uninstalled both apps - MFP and Fitbit, and it seems to
be all fine now. Has logged 3 meals correctly.

Uninstalled and unlinked everything overnight. Just reinstalled and relinked. . . nothing. Looks like a MFP application bug.

Disappointing.
