Hi everyone,
I'm trying to sync the Movespring App with the fitbit and it's not working
(it keeps looping around without letting me connect my device). It gets me to authenticate, takes me to my Fitbit account but no ability to connect. Probably a user error but I've been trying to do it for nearly an hour now so any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks in advance 🙂

Hi @Movespring. Since this is a third party app and not devoleped by Fitbit, you should contact Movespring. I found this link to their help pages.

Movespring can't fix the issue either. I am having the same problem.
