Can someone please help me? I need to pair the Fitbit Alta HR tracker to the 365 App. But I got that message instead.  Anyone with solutions?

Hi there @NSL123. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'd like to help you out with this situation but I'm not quite sure I understand what is going on.

When you say that you want to pair your Alta HR with the 365 app, are you saying that you want to pair the tracker itself to that app or that you want to link your Fitbit account with your 365 app?

If you're trying to pair your actual tracker to that app, this will not be possible as Fitbit trackers can only be paired with the Fitbit app. If you're trying to link both accounts, I found this thread that you may find useful. Click here to see it.
