Problems syncing my zip to MFP

I can't get my fitbit account to sync with myfitnesspal.... It only works if I disconnect and reconnect the accounts using the app page on the MFP site....it's really frustrating as I chose the zip because of this function. Does anyone have any suggestions?

@Sarahjane Great to have you here! 

 

I checked MFP site and there was another person that was having the same issue, try this:

- Log into your Fitbit Dashboard and unlink your MyFitnessPal connection
- Log into MyFitnessPal and make sure that Fitbit is completely disconnected 
- While still logged into your MyFitnessPal account please reauthorize your Fitbit account
