I'm having the same problem with my Charge 4 (GPS enabled).

Interval workouts do not sync automatically with RUNALYZE (the workout type "Running" does sync, however). 

Additionally, it is not possible to export the interval workout from the dashboard with a computer (Using Chrome 84). Upon clicking "download TCX", I get an error toast stating "TCX acitivity could not be downloaded" (or something similar).

 

Seeing this has been an issue for 3 years now, I'm really disappointed it was not even acknowledged as a bug by the moderators.

Hi @SunsetRunner are you also having a problem downloading the tcx file?

Or is it that interval workouts do not sync to Runalyze?

Have you checked with Runalyze to see what type of workouts they are able to sync?

Yes I have problems downloading tcx. 

Did you read my entire post?

 

The workout not syncing with 3rd party services may be a side effect of a larger problem, as others in the thread were not able to sync interval trainings with other services like strava as well.

 

Would you kindly move this back to the other thread?
