When I first linked my Fitbit account with another account there was a list of things I could check to give permission to "sync".  Where can you go back and edit these?

You were correct that it was in the other app/program.  I had to revoke the access from Fitbit dashboard, then go and remove Fitbit from OnLifeHeath then re-connect.  The options showed up on OnLifeHealth.  Thanks.

I suspect that list was in the other account. I only see the option to revoke access to connected apps here.
