Rides recorded with fitbit are not syncing to strava since the night of 6/11/17

Same issue.

Rides on 06/11/17 and 06/10/17 synced OK but todays ride on 06/13/17 is not appearing in Strava.

Running Fitbit App version 2.44.1 on Andriod Motorola phone with Fit Bit Surge version 16.34.5.14

UPDATE: upgraded app to version 2.5, recorded a bike ride, sync with fitbit but still not showing in Strava

I've managed to solved the strava sync issue for my account by revoking access to strava and connecting again. Today's ride now appeared in Strava

Don the following suggest from a previous post:

  1. Log in to your fitbit.com dashboard
  2. Click the gear icon on the top right corner
  3. Click "Settings"
  4. Click "Applications" on the left side
  5. Click "Revoke Access" under the "Fitbit + Strava" app
  6. Go to https://strava.fitbit.com/ and click "Connect" and follow the rest of the prompts to finish reconnecting your Fitbit and Strava accounts
