Run recorded on Fitbit - hasnt gone over to Strava?

Hi, Did a run last night and it recorded on Fitbit fine, however it hasnt transfered over to Strava at all!?  Never had this issue before? I have checked updates on both apps, refreshed both, and tried countless amount of other things and I cannot get it to work??  Any ideas? Thank you 🙂

I'm experiencing the same thing  both walks and cycles not syncing with Strava looks like the link has broken to me

Same issue here. Bike rides not syncing since yesterday.  Two days ago it was syncing just fine.

Same here... my morning run still hasn't gone over from Fitbit to Strava 😞

Same here, did 2 bike excercices today, they don't sync to Strava. Has worked always till today. Are there maybe problems with the Fitbit or Strava platform? The syncs of last weekend worked perfectly.

Same issue here today, I had also noticed that over the last week the link was getting slower and slower.

I've managed to solved the strava sync issue for my account by revoking access to strava and connecting again. Today's ride now appeared in Strava

Don the following suggest from a previous post:

1. Log in to your fitbit.com dashboard
2. Click the gear icon on the top right corner
3. Click "Settings"
4. Click "Applications" on the left side
5. Click "Revoke Access" under the "Fitbit + Strava" app
6. Go to https://strava.fitbit.com/ and click "Connect" and follow the rest of the prompts to finish reconnecting your Fitbit and Strava accounts

I raised a ticket with Fitbit, and as I was speaking to the support team it sync'ed.

I'll keep an eye on it for runs later this week.

Mine has now synced without doing anything so I will keep an eye on it.

Yes mine suddenly synced and worked yesterday evening. So looks like it is working again now! b:)
