Runs not linking to strava

Since the latest charge 2 update my Fitbit is not saving my runs to strava . It will save across to strava if I select a walk but will not link if I start a run.

before the update it would link within minutes and the run would be ready to view on strava.

any ideas?

Is your run being saved with a viewable map? Only GOS recorded exercises are synced to Strava
