Self-logged exercise sync to Vitality

I want to know if exercise I log on the fitbit app syncs to Vitality and earns me points.

My fitbit is linked to my Vitality account but I am not sure whether Vitality only recognises system generated data as eligible for points e.g. steps from my fitbit inspire, as opposed to a 45 minute workout which I log as aerobic on the exercise page.
