Sense run won't sync with Strava

Hello, i just ended a run and my Fitbit is not synchronizing it with Strava. No trouble with my yesterday walk. Any idea?!

I've moved your post to the Third-Party Integrations board so you can receive more related responses about your question. Thanks for confirming that this didn't happen in previous days and just to confirm, did your Sense recorded your run activity with GPS data? Please note that only activities recorded with GPS will appear on Strava.

That being said, if the GPS wasn't able to connect during your run, please restart your Sense to refresh its performance and give a try to the steps suggested in this help article to ensure the GPS connection during your activities. Monitor your watch in the next days and let me know how it goes.

Hello Lizzy,

it didn’t happen the days before, I use to sport every day and all my runs and walks of the previous days were well sync. on Strava.
My GPS was activated (I even have my path on the map on my Fitbit app).

I recorded my run manually on Strava later on and have now 2 runs recorded for this morning on my Fitbit app. Seems than that from Strava to Fitbit it’s still working.

Thanks for getting back with more details about your Sense. This is odd since this didn't happen before with your activities; however, I'm glad that your details are syncing from Strava to Fitbit. Because your post didn't mention, may I know if you've tried the steps suggested above? If not, please give them a try and let me know if your activities start syncing from Fitbit to Strava correctly.
