Setting the up a sync between ww and fitbit

My mum is trying to set up her Fitbit to her ww account. She has followed the account process but get to the point where she says continue allowing access for Fitbit and ww to connect and it then says the page no longer exists. It's not her computer as my dad managed to connect his using same process and same computer. Mum was has contacted ww and they say they don't know why it's not working. Can anyone else help?

@Katieloo A warm welcome to the Community! It's weird that your mom's account isn't linking with Weight Watchers, I would like you to change browsers and clear cache, maybe it's an issue with the browser you're using. Also, make sure you're following this procedure.
