My new versa 2 is set up except for Alexa. When I enter my account info for Amazon as asked for, it says that email is already being used. It is almost like it is trying to make a new account or something. How do I fix this?

I'd like you to make sure that when entering your email address in Amazon, click on "Log in" instead of create a new account, follow these instructions:

Thanks so much, unfortunately it did not help. I do not get an option to choose log in or sign up. It just asks me for my amazon log in information. Then says that according is in use.
Thanks again and hopefully someone has successfully solved this before.

@JaneW4975 Thank you for getting back. In this case please log out from the Fitbit app, force quit it and if you have an Android phone please clear cache and log in again.
